- Summer Shipping Notice: These whipped balms may melt during transit in hot weather. If they arrive soft or liquid, simply place them in a cool area for a few hours to re-solidify. The quality and benefits remain unchanged.
- Winter Shipping Notice Please note, due to cold, chilly weather, our whipped balms may harden in transit, losing it's soft fluffy texture.
During these cold winter days your tallow balm may harden in transit losing it's soft fluffy texture. If this occurs:
1. Let your Balm sit at room temperature 70°F/22°C degrees for at least 4 hours
2. Apply a small amount to the palm of your hands and rub together until softened to a spreadable consistency
3. Then apply your balm to the desired area, massaging in evenly.
